Deadline: Maximum 30 calendar days after receipt.
Procedure: A request must be submitted to customer service with the order number. No returns will be accepted without prior written approval.
Conditions: Product must be brand new, unused, unwashed, in its original, unopened packaging, with valid proof of purchase.
Fees: Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility, including any international or customs fees.
Refund: Issued after receipt and inspection of the product. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exclusions: Items that have been worn, damaged, personalized, or returned after the deadline.
